The support team will still respond to inquiries during the holiday season; however, inquiries that require in depth investigation will be delayed between 12/29/2018 and 1/6/2019.
When the office returns to normal operations on 1/7/2019, these inquiries will be answered in the order they were received. We apologize in advance for any delays as we are expecting a high volume of inquiries.
